Disney’s classic “Beauty and the Beast” captures the magical journey of Belle (voice of Paige O’Hara), an independent and intelligent, modern-day heroine who’s taken prisoner by a hideous beast (voice of Robby Benson) in his castle. Despite her precarious situation, Belle befriends the castle’s enchanted staff—a teapot, a candelabra and a mantel clock, among others—and ultimately learns to see beneath the Beast’s exterior to discover the heart and soul of a prince. “Beauty and the Beast” features an unforgettable score from eight-time Oscar®-winning composer Alan Menken, and original songs written by Menken and two-time Academy Award® winner Howard Ashman.

- We need to see an ID MATCHING THE ORIGINAL TICKET OWNER'S NAME. Please prepare ORIGINAL VALID ID (KTP, SIM, Passport, etc.) for Ticket Validation on Show Day
- Children younger than 17 years old without parental assistance are allowed to input their parent's ID Number and MUST BRING THEIR PARENT'S ORIGINAL VALID ID on Show Day
- All Children(s) must have their own ticket(s)
- We reserve the rights to DENY ENTRY to the Concert without Valid ID.

Seating
- Seatings will be ASSIGNED AUTOMATICALLY (Based on Best Availability) according to your selected Ticket Type (CAT 1, CAT 2, CAT 3, CAT 4, CAT 5).
- Please note that due to potential high demand, audiences attending in groups (2 Tickets or more) MAY BE SEATED SEPARATELY according to BEST AVAILABILITY
- Each seat is allocated to ONE PERSON/CHILD.
- Booster Seats available upon request. Please contact our Ushers directly on Show Day.
- Re-registration is not needed. Please go directly to your seat after ticket validation.
- Wheelchair users are recommended to purchase tickets in CAT 2, CAT 3, or CAT 4. Please note that wheelchair-accessible seats are very limited. To request access to the wheelchair area, please contact BookMyShow Support (0811 1991 9998 or [email protected]) no later than 48 hours before the show day.
- Customers seated in the wheelchair area may be asked to switch seats if another guest with greater accessibility needs requires the space. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Concert
- Open Door 30 minutes before the Show Time
- Identical Programmes will apply to all Shows (Show 1 - 4)
- The concert running time will be approx 90 minutes with up to 20 minutes intermission between 1st and 2nd Act.
- Strictly no food and drinks inside the concert hall
- Please ALWAYS be seated and be considerate to other audiences including keeping your voice & hand low.
- Recommendation minimum age for the show is 4 years.
- Unauthorised recording of Performance in Photo, Video, and/or Audio form is strictly prohibited
- No Professional Video, Photography, or Audio Recording device are allowed during the performance.
- The committee has the right to remove any audiences that violate or disturb the event.
- Audience are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior to everyone else including to the ushers, venue's staff & other audience
